| Key Features | Accuracy: < ±20 ppb [±5 μK], < ±0.1 ppm [±25 μK] optional (25 Ω SPRT refers to 25 Ω reference resistor); Resolution: 1 ppb [0.25 μK], 0.1 ppm [25 μK] optional (25 Ω SPRT refers to 25 Ω reference resistor); Fast measurement (balance reached in 2 seconds); Differential and absolute value measurement; Warm-up time < 30 seconds |
| Description | In metrology, the quality of the fundamental quantities is the most important consideration. ASL's bridge technology represents the advanced performance of resistance thermometry. ASL exploits the inherent advantages of AC bridge technology to ensure high accuracy and high measurement repeatability under real working conditions. The CTR9000 reference-grade standard resistance thermometry bridge has been specially designed for high-accuracy resistance thermometry. Operating frequencies of 25/30 Hz or 75/90 Hz (for 60 Hz mains frequency) enable fast, continuous measurements and significantly reduce the influence of thermoelectric voltages and mains frequency noise. In practical measurement, the effects of cables, connectors and non-ideal working environments must be taken into account. The CTR9000 achieves its full specification over a wide range of practical operating conditions. Compared with DC technology, which has a slower current feedback, AC bridge technology is always the better measuring method. These advantages are inherent in the fundamentals of electrical measurement and are not merely a product benefit. |
