| Description | This differential pressure gauge is a member of the DELTA series product range and is primarily used for monitoring low differential pressures where stringent requirements are placed on one-sided overpressure and static pressure. Its typical market applications include process heating technology, the HVAC industry, the water/wastewater industry, as well as mechanical engineering and plant construction. In these applications, the main function of the measuring instrument is to monitor the differential pressure across filters, compressors and pumps. In such applications, the differential pressure display window is usually supplemented by an indication of the current working pressure, with the two being interrelated. The DPG40 integrates a working pressure indication. The working pressure and the differential pressure can be read simultaneously from two simple, easy-to-read mechanical display windows. In addition, this reduces additional measuring and sealing points, thereby cutting piping and installation costs. With its low measuring range of 0 ... 16 kPa, the instrument can also be used for low differential pressure measurement. Furthermore, its measuring accuracy of up to 1.6 % is also an important characteristic for most applications. Depending on the application requirements, the measuring chamber can be made of different materials: aluminium or stainless steel. Thanks to its higher stability, the stainless steel measuring chamber is also suitable for gaseous media. |
