| Description | The diaphragm seal system protects the measuring instrument from aggressive, viscous, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally hazardous or toxic media. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel and isolates the medium. The fill fluid inside the diaphragm seal system transmits the pressure hydraulically to the measuring instrument. The DSS18T meets the various requirements of food production. The milk pipe connection enables a hygienic process connection. In addition, the requirements for COP (cleaning out of place) are also met. The diaphragm seal system withstands the high temperatures of the cleaning steam during SIP processes, enabling an aseptic connection between the measured medium and the diaphragm seal. The proven, fully welded construction ensures a long service life and permanent leak tightness of the instrument. The DSS18T is used for pressure measurement in various processes, such as filtration, separation, pasteurization and filling systems. |
