| Description | The diaphragm seal system protects the measuring instrument from aggressive, viscous, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally hazardous or toxic media. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel and isolates the medium. The fill fluid inside the diaphragm seal system transmits the pressure hydraulically to the measuring instrument. The DSS22P meets all requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. One of its most outstanding features is that the measuring point is easy to clean once installed. The instrument also meets the requirements for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilisation in place). The clamp connection enables quick and easy removal of the instrument, so that simple cleaning is possible when the diaphragm is replaced. The proven, fully welded construction ensures a long service life and permanent leak tightness of the instrument. The zero point of the instrument can be set directly on the window glass with a wrench, without having to remove the case. |
