| Description | The diaphragm seal system protects the measuring instrument from aggressive, viscous, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally hazardous or toxic media. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel and isolates the medium. The fill fluid inside the diaphragm seal system transmits the pressure hydraulically to the measuring instrument. The DSS22T meets the various requirements of food production. It is particularly suitable for food applications because the measuring point can be cleaned when installed. The instrument also meets the requirements for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilisation in place). The clamp connection enables quick and easy removal of the instrument, so that simple cleaning is possible when the diaphragm is replaced. The proven, fully welded construction ensures a long service life and permanent leak tightness of the instrument. The DS22T is suitable for gases, compressed air, vapours; liquid, viscous, powdery and easily crystallizing media. |
