| Description | Diaphragm seals protect pressure measuring instruments from damage by a wide variety of media. In a diaphragm seal system, the diaphragm separates the instrument from the medium. The filling liquid inside the diaphragm seal system transmits the pressure hydraulically to the measuring instrument. We can supply diaphragm seals and system filling liquids in different designs and materials to suit the requirements of the customer's application. Model 981.50 is ideal for meeting the high requirements of hygienic applications. It can be ideally integrated into the pipeline via the BioConnect ® connection, meets all hygienic design requirements and is EHEDG certified. The diaphragm seal system withstands the high temperatures of the cleaning steam during SIP processes, ensuring an aseptic connection between the measured medium and the diaphragm seal. The diaphragm seal can be assembled directly with the measuring instrument (standard), or via a cooling element or flexible capillary (optional). The universal pipe standard and nominal width of this diaphragm seal simplify integration into existing pipe sections. |
