| Description | BMD magnetic indicators are used in combination with bypass level indicators for level display. The magnetic system built into the float transmits the level contactlessly to the externally mounted indicator. The magnetic display consists of red/white plastic flip flags or stainless steel flap plates arranged tightly at 10 mm intervals. Through the directed magnetic field of the permanent magnet system in the bypass float, the magnetic flip flags or flap plates rotate 180 degrees through the bypass chamber wall. Using this functional principle of the magnetic indicator, the level of the vessel is displayed as a coloured column without requiring a power supply. The integrated T-slot can be used to secure additional accessories such as scales, sensors and switches. For the selection of the optimum magnetic indicator (plastic flip flags/stainless steel flap plates, housing, scale, measuring range, etc.), we offer application-related technical advice. |
