| Description | Versions The CPC7000 pneumatic high-pressure controller offers a high accuracy class and provides suitable calibration solutions. Thanks to the special valve technology and the use of high-accuracy pressure sensors as measuring cells, this instrument offers excellent control performance. The controller can therefore be used as a factory or working standard for testing or calibrating pressure measuring instruments of any type. Design The CPC7000 is available as a benchtop instrument or as a 19-inch rack-mount kit. Sensors can be changed directly from the front without removing the entire controller, e.g. from the calibration stand (plug-and-play). Functions The touchscreen with an intuitive user interface is easy to use. Multiple menu languages enhance user-friendliness. In addition to specifying pressure values via touchscreen input or remote interface, the STEP buttons can be used to change pressure values in defined, programmable increments. Users can also easily create various test programmes using the instrument menu. Depending on the application, the control rate can be set as a user-defined variable rate. Software The WIKA-CAL calibration software makes it easy to calibrate pressure measuring instruments and generate test certificates. The instrument can also be remotely controlled using a serial command format, in which case the Mensor standard, SCPI or other optional command sets are available. Complete test and calibration systems We can supply complete dynamic or static test systems on request. The controller can also communicate with other instruments via IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB or Ethernet interfaces, and users can integrate the controller into existing systems via these interfaces. |
