DescriptionApplication The CPC8000-H liquid high-pressure controller offers high accuracy and good control stability and is particularly suitable for use as a factory/working standard for the automated testing and calibration of various high-pressure measuring instruments. In addition, this liquid high-pressure controller is robust and reliable and is also the ideal choice for autofrettage applications or cyclic pressure load testing. Clean, dry compressed air or nitrogen is used as the drive gas for the pneumatic section. Hydraulic oil, water or other media required by the customer can be used as the working medium. Design The CPC8000-H liquid high-pressure controller consists of two components: the CPC8000-HC pneumatic pressure controller and the CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with reference pressure sensors. The hydraulic module is available in three versions: the low-pressure module covers a control range of 0.5 ... 70 MPa [75 ... 10,000 psi]; the high-pressure module covers 2 ... 160 MPa [290 ... 23,000 psi]; the ultra-high-pressure module covers 2.5 ... 289.5 MPa [360 ... 42,000 psi]. Complete The system is available in a 19-inch plug-in housing or as a 19-inch rack-mount version. Sensors can be replaced from the front of the hydraulic module without disassembling the entire controller. Functions This liquid high-pressure controller uses special technology to regulate to the required pressure value. The touchscreen and simple, intuitive menu navigation make operation extremely easy. At the same time, the choice of multiple menu languages further improves usability. All necessary information, such as current measured values and setpoints, is shown on the touchscreen. In addition, measured values can be displayed in 39 pressure units. This liquid high-pressure controller can be remotely controlled via various remote interfaces and offers several analogue command sets compatible with other pressure controllers.
