The piston is made of high-quality materials, which reduces measurement uncertainty and ensures long-term stable operation. Thanks to these features, this piston-type pressure gauge has been used for many years in factories as well as in the calibration laboratories of industry, national institutions and research laboratories. Self-contained operation The CPB5600DP features an integrated pressure source and a purely mechanical measuring principle, making it the ideal choice for on-site maintenance and servicing. Basic principle Pressure is defined as the force acting per unit area. Based on this, the CPB5600DP uses a precision-manufactured piston-cylinder system as the core component, through which individual test points can be generated by loading weights. The weights are divided into different mass classes so that the loaded weight mass on the balance is proportional to the target pressure. As standard, the weights are manufactured to standard gravity (9.80665 m/s 2 ); however, they can be adjusted to local gravity and provided with DKD/DAkkS calibration on request. |
