DescriptionThis straight resistance thermometer consists of a form B connection head, a measuring insert to DIN 43735 and a TW81 thermowell. Form A or form C DIN thermowells as well as custom thermowells can also be supplied on request. In addition, process connections with shoulder flanges or pipe nipples are available, where the pipe nipple version enables a gas-tight process connection. These temperature probes are suitable for gaseous media in a low-pressure range (up to approx. 1 MPa). We offer various thermowell materials, with or without enamel glaze, to meet the thermal stress requirements of different applications. The measuring insert can be removed and replaced, which not only simplifies inspection and maintenance, but also allows users to replace the sensor while the plant is in operation. Various standard-length measuring inserts can also be supplied, reducing delivery times and lowering users' spare part inventory. Customers can individually select the thermowell material, connection head and sensor for their specific application. In addition, an integrated transmitter can be optionally supplied to improve signal transmission reliability.
