| Description | The pre-volume detonation flame arrester, model 910.21, permits the installation of pressure measuring instruments and diaphragm seal systems in areas requiring EPL Ga (Zone 0). Model 910.21 is connected to the plant's measuring instrument in an ingenious way, forming a complete measuring assembly. The pre-volume detonation flame arrester not only allows the medium to flow through, but in the event of a fault it effectively prevents flame propagation from the instrument side (unprotected side) to the process side (protected side). The pre-volume detonation flame arrester is designed for factory integration and is suitable for Ex-certified pressure gauges as well as diaphragm seal systems with Ex-certified measuring instruments. Model 910.21 meets the requirements of the harmonised flame arrester standard EN ISO 16852. It is ATEX and IECEx certified and meets European and international explosion protection requirements. |
