DescriptionThe model TF45 insertion thermometer is mainly used to measure gas temperatures and solid surface temperatures within the range of -50 ... +260 °C (-58 ... +500 °F). In combination with an additional thermowell, the insertion thermometer can also be used for temperature measurement of liquid media. The measuring element is connected to a connecting cable and built into a thermally conductive probe sheath made of stainless steel. The probe sheath provides dust and splash protection and is crimped to the connecting cable. Depending on the version, the connecting cable is suitable for different temperature ranges and operating conditions.
