The GDT-20 sensor is equipped with a powerful microprocessor that calculates the current gas density from the measured pressure and temperature values using a complex virial equation. In addition, this gas density sensor can compensate for pressure changes caused by thermal effects so that they have no influence on the output value. Modbus ® fieldbus This model features an RS-485 interface supporting the Modbus ® RTU communication protocol. Users can configure and read the instrument's output parameters and their units as required. Customers can configure the GDT-20 for various gas mixtures of SF 6 with N 2 or CF 4 . Signal stability The transmitter offers high long-term stability and requires no maintenance or re-calibration. In addition, this model features hermetically sealed welds and a measuring cell design without sealing elements, ensuring the permanent sealing of the measuring cell.
