DescriptionThe A2G-85 duct sensor integrates a temperature measuring element and can be installed directly in circular or rectangular ventilation ducts. The A2G-85 is a high-quality product for ventilation and air-conditioning applications. The sensor measures carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and temperature using the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) principle. Both measuring methods are integrated in a single sensor, which reduces material and installation costs. The adjustable mounting flange enables faster installation. Measured data can be read clearly via the display (optional) shown in the figure. The screwless cover plate enables fast wiring and commissioning. As a basic requirement for human comfort and as an industry standard, the measurement of CO 2 concentration and air temperature is of particular importance in HVAC applications. The sensor and temperature measurement results are transmitted to the building control system in the form of analogue output signals (0 ... 10 V, 4 ... 20 mA) or Modbus ® digital signals.
