| Description | This straight thermocouple consists of a type B head, a measuring insert to DIN 43735 and a TW81 thermowell. On request we can also supply DIN thermowells of type A or type C as well as custom thermowells. In addition, process connections with spigot flanges or pipe nipples can be provided, whereby the version with pipe nipple enables a gas-tight process connection. These temperature probes are suitable for gaseous media in the low pressure range (below approx. 0.1 MPa). We offer various thermowell materials, with or without glazing, to meet the thermal stress requirements of different applications. The measuring insert can be removed and replaced, which not only simplifies inspection and servicing, but also allows the user to replace the sensor while the plant is in operation. Measuring inserts in various standard lengths can also be supplied, which shortens delivery times and reduces the user's stock of spare parts. The customer can individually select the thermowell material, the head and the sensor to suit the specific application. In addition, an integrated transmitter can be optionally supplied to improve the reliability of signal transmission. |
