| Product Category | Pressure Measurement |
| Product Type | Pressure gauges |
| Summary | Safety version, accuracy class 0.6, NS 160 [6"] |
| Applications | For corrosive gaseous and liquid media of low viscosity and low crystallizing tendency, and for corrosive environments; precision measurements in laboratories; high-accuracy pressure measurement and testing of industrial pressure gauges; increased safety for personnel protection; with liquid-filled case (model 333.30) for applications with high dynamic pressure loads and vibration |
| Key Features | Safety version with solid baffle wall (solidfront), design meets the requirements and test conditions of EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100; all-stainless steel construction; knife-edge pointer for accurate reading; wear-resistant stainless steel precision movement; measuring ranges: 0 ... 0.06 MPa to 0 ... 160 MPa [0 ... 10 psi to 0 ... 20,000 psi] |
| Description | The high-quality test gauges of the 33x.30 series are designed for the safety requirements of high-accuracy pressure measurement and are suitable for calibration tasks. The Bourdon tube pressure gauges offer accuracy class 0.6 and are suitable for testing industrial pressure gauges or for precision measurements in laboratories. In addition, for pressures ≤ 40 MPa [6,000 psi], accuracy class 0.25 is available as an option. The wear-resistant precision parts, wetted parts and case are all made of high-grade stainless steel. WIKA manufactures and certifies the pressure gauges in accordance with EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100. The safety version consists of a laminated safety glass, a safety barrier between the measuring system and the dial and a blow-out back. In the event of a fault, the operator is protected at the front; media or components can only escape through the rear of the case. For demanding operating conditions (e.g. vibration), all gauges are also optionally available liquid-filled. The instruments offer excellent readability with a dial size of 160 mm [6"], read via a knife-edge pointer and a graduated dial. Users can also eliminate parallax with the optionally available dial with mirrored curved scale. Calibration certificates are also available as an option. Safe storage and transport are ensured by the transport case (accessory). |
