| Description | This measuring insert complies with DIN 43735; the configured sensor element must be installed in a protective fitting. Operation without a thermowell is only recommended in exceptional cases. These measuring inserts are made of flexible mineral-insulated cable. The sensing element is located at the tip of the measuring insert. This version is fitted with a loading spring that ensures the measuring insert extends to the bottom of the thermowell. In addition to the DIN version, customer-specific versions can also be supplied, such as: different insertion depths (insert lengths can also be customised), tip-mounted sleeves to fit the inner diameter of the thermowell, without terminal block, with transmitter. The type and number of sensing elements, accuracy class and connection method can all be individually selected to suit the application. Various explosion-protection certificates can also be optionally selected for the TR10-A. This measuring insert is supplied without a terminal block; the customer can install a temperature transmitter themselves, or a WIKA analogue or digital transmitter can be selected. |
