| Product Category | Pressure Measurement |
| Product Type | Pressure gauges |
| Summary | Standard version, NS 50 [2"] and 63 [2 ½"] |
| Applications | Pressure gauges for use in protected environments; for content measurement and filter monitoring in medical, vacuum, environmental and laboratory applications; suitable for gaseous and dry media; model 611.10 with copper alloy wetted parts for non-aggressive media; model 631.10 with stainless steel wetted parts for aggressive media |
| Key Features | Zero adjustment from the front; special pressure connection positions available on request; low scale ranges from 0 ... 2.5 kPa to 0 ... 60 kPa or 0 ... 10 inH₂O to 0 ... 240 inH₂O |
| Description | The capsule pressure gauges of models 611.10 and 631.10 are based on a capsule measuring system. The capsule measuring principle is particularly suitable for low pressures. When pressure increases, the capsule element expands proportionally to the applied pressure; the expansion is transmitted to the movement and displayed on the dial. The modular design allows numerous combinations of case material, process connection, dial size and scale range, enabling a wide range of industrial applications. The case is made of steel (black) with a snap-in window. The process connection is made of copper alloy. For easy installation on control panels, the capsule pressure gauge can be equipped with a mounting flange or a triangular profile ring and mounting bracket (depending on the process connection). Scale ranges from 0 ... 2.5 kPa to 0 ... 60 kPa or 0 ... 10 inH₂O to 0 ... 240 inH₂O, as well as vacuum and +/- scale ranges, ensure the measuring range required for every application. |
